Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Riardon embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Born in the east to a Bookbinder, Riardon learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Traki was born with his mother's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and doesn't want to be a engraver and was forced into it by his family

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hadarai grew up listening to his mother's many stories. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He now owns his own business.
