Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. At some point he was captured by drow and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
