History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and balancing his hectic life and new assassin responsibilities is difficult
