Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He takes great joy in being the best Barber in town.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Carrie was born with his mother's beautiful face. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting gnolls, the young Carrie began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born to a Sage, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things
