He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
