History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ivellios grew up listening to his father's many stories. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Personality: Carrie is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He takes great joy in being the best Bookbinder in town.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A freak accident while working with his Engraver father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A 5'2" southern man, he wears a black armored body suit, with a simple white line shooting up and back down. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Miner business.

History: Ahvain hails from a village terrorized by giants. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ahvain grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ahvain. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
