History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Heian has worked very hard to control his curse. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
