History: Born in the west to a Marshal, Carrie learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
