He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Beiro was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He worked as a nervous Bricklayer and found it very stressful. He struck the Bricklayer job and began his own company from there.
