Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born to a Barkeep, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC.

Description: This younger middle-aged man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Ruler but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Naal grew up listening to his father's many stories. Through the years after Naal was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Naal's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
