History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and he desires power and/or immortality
