History: Berrian was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: To protect his home; and to clean up the streets

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
