History: Heian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Gennal took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ahvain studied abroad. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Barrister born in the past three hundred years. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barrister for hire.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'0". He is dressed in an above average manner. His hair is long and silver with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Nim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
