Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Berrian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Berrian. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
