Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Himo was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and further expansion of business

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nim grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and elven compassion
