History: Quarion hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He now owns his own business.
