History: The child of a Herbalist, who enjoyed hunting, Rael was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paelias grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paelias. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
