History: Laucian lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
