Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. After a long history of fighting, Erdan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'4" when asserting himself. He has moderate length white hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Adran took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up axe and armor he uses now. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's also a talented Spice Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Carrie hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and elven compassion
