Personality: He is fixated on the number 32. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Carter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
