History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Through the years after Adran was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Adran's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
