Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Lamlis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Lamlis was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Lamlis decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He struck the Sellsword job and began his own company from there.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mason. Recently the stress of being a Mason has made it difficult for him to sleep.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
