History: Halimath lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Dilettante, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
