History: Soveliss hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Naal was born with his father's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Naal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
