History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Galinndan is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
