History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Paelias took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country.
