He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Peren will drive conversation. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He now mingles about in high society.
