History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He worked as a nervous Navigator and found it very stressful. He tends to his Navigator job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Paelias was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Shoemaker. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
