A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Raer and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a tattered pair of loose blue pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, and is pretty ugly. He has no hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Aust was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fisher and was forced into it by his family; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
