Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Rolen was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Rolen's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Rolen and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He's also a talented Junk Dealer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
