History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Uthemar was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
