His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, and is pretty ugly. His hair is blonde and curly. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Glassblower. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paelias grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paelias. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Glassblower for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. His childhood dream was to be a Brewer, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Engraver for hire.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and balancing his hectic life and new engraver responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Gardener; and doesn't want to be a fortune-teller and was forced into it by his family
