Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Varis lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Varis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Varis.
