Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his kukri, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
