History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Heian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Heian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is a Sage first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: Thamior wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
