Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Uthemar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
