However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Theriatis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Theriatis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
