Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a black coat with green slacks. Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
