Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a Layabout, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A freak accident while working with his Layabout mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He got into the Knight business at a young age. A freak accident while working with his Animal Trainer mother left him crippled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and balancing his hectic life and new knight responsibilities is difficult

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Carrie alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he's looking for his big break
