A gifted student he started as a Farmer, but he got bored and became a Herbalist. He's also a talented Farmer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Herbalist responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Being a Carter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has achieved small success as a Adventurer.
