History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Peren never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Laborer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Navigator, and he later adopted a second son.
