History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
