Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Galinndan enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the north to a Fisher, Galinndan learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fisher.
