History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Paelias was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Doctor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: Ivellios speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Ivellios took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up axe and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Quarion grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Quarion. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
