Description: An older man who is wearing a long, tan cloak, he is not a threatening figure. His silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mason for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Erevan is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Erevan was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Mercenary. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Adran lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
