Description: Standing 5'4", this man is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His blonde hair is greasy and uncared for. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Shepherd business.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now owns his own business.

Description: He is a husky man, who wears black painted combat armor at almost all times. He has chestnut hair. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is greedy

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Elves. His skin is light but he possesses many blue ritualistic tattoos. He sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His black hair is matted, messy, and big. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Navigator work with an outfit from a few towns over. Navigator work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Shepherd profession.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Laucian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Laucian. He became a Layabout soon after.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears baggy yellow pantaloons and a brown scarf. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has amber eyes.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Revenge; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
