History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Varis liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has never given up on his painting dream.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His first spouse was a Barber, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and retire the richest man in the north

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He takes great joy in being the best Cartwright in town.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. After a long history of fighting, Theriatis and his spouse have recently divorced.
