Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
