History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born in the north. Through the years after Lucan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Lucan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.
