History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rael grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rael. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Tharivol is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Born to a Marshal, his father struggled to pay the bills. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and wants to work out more often
